If you are anywhere near Lehi I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Aaron Waite
I had an issue that my optometrist couldn't figure out. He referred me to Dr. Waite. This guy is incredible and, oddly enough, I paid less seeing him than my optometrist. He is VERY thorough and has equipment right there in his office.
