It’s really clear what the team culture is at SMC. They are disciplined on defense and work together helping as a team to offset athletic deficiencies and on offense they work the ball to get open shots. Guys know their roles and how they fit together, nobody is trying to play the hero.

At BYU it seems the culture is that because we have more resources and a bigger arena and are the 40th all-time winningest program in NCAA history it’s beneath us to get too worked up to play these podunk teams with high school gyms and that our players expect opponents to just roll over for them.
