you write as if this is just a temporary issue

what makes you believe that BYU is on the way up and UU is on the way down? Because that is what would have happen for this "temporary" situation to be reversed. I'm just wondering why you think this is cyclical as opposed to the new norm. I can't predict the future but as long as BYU is non-P5 and UU is in the Pac 12 not much will change.
