And yes it did come across as sarcastic before that.
If you read my first post I said how much it will affect him “remains to be seen”, and that is the truth, it remains to be seen. I have no doubt he is doing everything he can in his situation but he will be behind where he would have been if he would have been able to participate in spring practice. And he also had surgery on his throwing shoulder, when he’ll be able to throw is not a given either, there are a lot of things that are negatives about his current situation.
So it remains to be seen but cannot be said to be no big deal or that it doesn’t matter, it matters and it might matter a lot, once again that remains to be seen. Hopefully you are right though, hopefully he is able to get completely ready by the start of fall camp. I’m skeptical though having had a shoulder surgery in the last year and also having a son that is an FBS QB I know how much rust he gets when he is playing baseball and not throwing the football and working on those things. It takes some time to get everything back.
