What was from a dealership ~100 miles away. They hired a guy to drive it to my house, and they tried to get a trade-in as a part of the deal that the guy would have just driven back to the dealership. I ended up giving him a ride to the train station instead cuz we sold that car to a family member.

Then I bought a truck off of ebay from a dealership in Texas. They delivered it by a shipping company to my door, and they also tried to negotiate a trade-in for the deal- they would have just paid to ship it to them. I think they wanted to send somebody out to my house to assess it first before they made an offer.
