Sure savvy negotiators will probably be able to get better deals. Guys that don't want the guy to go talk to his manager to "sharpen his pencil" pay a bit of a no haggle convienent fee

But you can check CarGurus. They are somewhat in line and lost the walk out the door price (not an extra $299 surprise for car mats as you are signing the papers)
