We got mugged once in a major Russian city and called the police. The ph, ph, ph
one just rang and rang and rang. No one ever picked up. We couldn't report the crime to anyone.
I guess it is a pretty sad state of affairs if SLC is becoming more and more like a Russian city in these small ways.
