I see the benefits of letting him learn as a HC, but I would rather have seen
him on staff. BYU needs good assistants. A guy like Dave Rice made a huge difference in the program. I think he and Pope would have been great together.
It is OK, the sky certainly isn't falling. I am just bummed.
