My all time maxes are 410 squat 410 deadlift and 275 bench but I'm sure I don't know anything....
Right now they are 355 squat 375 deadlift and 245 bench.
How bout you? I workout 2 hrs a day and have worked up to that for the past 5 years and have lost 195 pounds doing so.
Part of the reason I can go for so long is I superset and keep my heartrate elevated. I will say my weight loss has hit a bit of a plateau but when I slow down and or eat more I put on weight so taking it easier isn't really an option.
