Also impressive that you dedicate two hours per day. I couldn't invest that amount of time.
I work out for one hour three times per week. Been on this routine for 5 years as well. It's completely sustainable and I've gotten significantly stronger. I mix it up with Madcow, Starting Strength, and a bunch of other stuff from Ripptoe and Thrall.
Rest days are a mix of low intensity cardio, sports, and otherwise activities that involve playing outside with my kids.
My max lifts are substantially lower than yours, but relative to my weight/size--I'm probably not too far off.
Squat is 300, deadlift is 340, bench is 225 (pathetic--I know...I'm working on it).
This being said--I don't know what any of it has to do with the fact that scientific studies have shown that resistance training is superior to cardio and for all intents and purposes...cardio is overrated.
