if you are going to do one year, you head to KY or Duke which now just creates a series of one year at a time superteams.

if the kids are going into school knowing they'll be there for 2-3 years, KY and Duke will still get some of the superstars but guys have to figure out where they're going to get playing time and it's harder to break into a superteam with three years worth of superstars, so many will try to go elsewhere.
