It seems pretty obvious in hindsight, doesn't it? Those rumors were flying around even before Kalani was hired, when Ken N was being interviewed. Maybe Kalani hired Detmer, and if he did that was a huge mistake, but I would be more than happy to bet that Holmoe forced Detmer on him.
