Where do you find the cheapest house?

Both sale side and buy side Realtors have incentive to keep price high.

How do I disincentivize that?

I’ve heard horror stories about people getting houses which have needed large repairs. What’s the best way to do this? Do I get to pick my own appraiser?

Find one you like, in an area you like at a price you can afford. Easy as that.

1. Get a good deal; 2. Get a no cost mortgage; 3. Refi in 6 months to avoid PMI.
