ESPN and FOX don't pay the PAC $375M/year for OSU and Wazzu inventory
With the right 6-8 teams and you take 80-95% of the PAC 12's value to the B1G or Big 12. So, roughly $300-350M value, but only divided by 6-8 teams...or about $44-50M per school.
The right 6-8 teams are probably, in order USC, UCLA, Stanford, Washington, Oregon, Cal, Colorado, and Arizona. And all 8 are AAU universities. That's about 38-50 games of college football inventory, including opening up the 10pm ET kickoff timeslot for an expanding conference...and its network.....
