Lived a “good enough” life (yet to be judged). I guess a blessing of serving a second full-time mission was being informed during a post-mission checkup was that I am a diabetic. (Medication is a 💲 ripoff...)

I stopped drinking Gatorade, OJ, soda, and minimal sugar on cereal.

Eyes are fine, per recent eye specialist. Not fat! (Actually, near the same weight as 40 years ago.) Run 🏃🏻 five days a week for 30/40 minutes and mostly eat good food.
