It’s advertised to be such and there’s another 7 or 8 cars that are not. If there isn’t a rule, than it’s rude to shush people

Planes are a lot louder than trains in general, so it's harder to hear other's conversations.

The quiet cars seem like a good solution. Some for talking/working, some quiet.

Some of them aren't marked. Usually they are the ones towards the ends of the train.
