Totally agree, the only thing that might be better in a G5 is
Bowl access.
If Tom wanted to only schedule 1-2 P5 teams a year like the G5 conferences he could. I think that would be a major mistake ( j Jordan).
The financials alone show that Indy is more sustainable than G5 is.
As a fan on the east coast I love the games out here and many of us go every chance we get.
One thing I must add is win! I really believe this team is teed up to just explode if they have even one special season. If BYU has a great season it will snowball so much more than it would for any other team out there especially any G5 team. There is a treasure trove of elite LDS players who would start to consistently sign here if we were competing on the level of a team like Stanford.
