Probably Yes. For a few reasons:
First, it might get difficult for BYU to schedule in a few years. I'm afraid we are going to see schools protest the Church's stance on LGBTQ issues, and protest scheduling BYU. If even one school does this it will be a national story. Liberty won't have a problem scheduling BYU. They aren't opposed to BYU being a Church University.

Second, Liberty is upgrading their facilities at a rapid pace. They have a ton of money and will probably be very good in 5 to 10 years. They want to be good.

Third, BYU has a lot of fans living in Virginia.

Fourth, both schools are Indy. Liberty is an easy game to schedule in November. Currently, BYU needs to schedule whoever it can find in November, anyway....
It'd be better if it was a rivalry game.
