For a deviated septum, allergy shots and aggressively treating my migraines. Extra fluid and inflammation coupled with my sinuses draining weird led to fluid in one of my ears that would set off my vertigo. I’ve been mostly symptom free for 3 years. Took about a year to see if the treatment worked. I still have some issues with one ear but it’s so much better than before.
