I’ve been struggling with some bouts of vertigo for about five years now.

Comes and goes randomly.  Doctor said I was probably dehydrated. Started drinking more water and that did seem to help, but within the last month it’s returned. 

 Reading in this thread what some of the possible issues might be, has me freaked out that I might have something more serious.
