I gave you exactly what you asked for: evidence that the programs are close
What could possibly be better evidence than a decade of consistent 1 score games to prove that the quality is close. If you want something else, you can look at the players offered over the years. It’s actually pretty consistent. In any given year, both BYU and Utah will offer about 20 players. About 5-7 of those go to BYU, 5-7 go to Utah, and the rest choose a different P5 school like Washington or Oregon. It’s actually consistently close year after year. Just like the scores of the games.

You say in your post above that you’re waiting for something objective and non-emotional. That’s precisely what game scores and head to head recruiting are. And they’re both very close year after year. Then you use “player development” as an objective evidence? What!? The other example you cite is record vs other P5s. Again, you guys have a losing record vs the PAC12 since joining. Our record vs the P5s has been pretty consistent for about 5 decades. We win about 40% of those games (coincidentally, we play 40% of those games at home and the rest of them on the road). Last year was precisely the same. Wins vs AZ and Wiscy, both road, losses to Utah, Cal, UW (2 road, 1 home). And we don’t have the benefit of PAC 12 refs to help us. Quite the contrary. Is that enough evidence for you? 3 non subjective examples, the first (and by far most meaningful) I have cited 3 times now and you keep ignoring it. I haven’t claimed any moral victories. Only pointed out that it’s close. You refuse to believe it. You still believe you’re so far above us despite winning by one score year after year after year often with very favorable bounces.
