Zions is trying to compete with bigger banks like Chase and Wells Fargo without the same resources, so they are deploying measures to make up the difference. They use horribly outdated systems, and they are charging fees for things they weren't charging for in the past. Not only that, but there are far fewer people working in branches than there used to be, making lines in the drive-thru and the lobby far worse.

I'd stay away from Zions right now until they get their act together.
