dont most people move there that are from there?
Most the Californians I see that move there are either from there or their spouse is from there. Not all, but most. Granted, my mileage is very anecdotal and I probably personally know of only 40 of these cases in my lifetime.

Oh, and yes, if you go to Utah. Treat it with respect as well!!! I it is the same anywhere, learn the culture, learn the people, respect them and don’t draw attention and don’t abuse the area, etc. When I was at BYU, i treated the mountains like the beach. A LOT of similarities and things that drive you crazy with imports and tourists. I actually wish Utah would continue to be the Utah of old and not the “progressive” stuff that is seen more in SL county. I’m not a small town person but I really respect the small towns and those people that live in them. The same can be said for other parts of Utah. I really don’t like to go to SL or read the papers or listen to the radio, but it isn’t consistent with the history and the roots of Utah and most of it is caused by the imports that have moved in.
