I don't think the comparison of an anti-mormon is fair for all fans of rival teams. It depends on the individual fan. Does said fan want to see the demise of BYU or simply the success of USU? As fans of rival teams, it doesn't have to have hostility and distrust. Sometimes, getting an outside perspective can help someone to simply look at it in a new way.

Take for example, two players that are recruited to the same team in the same position. Sure, it could be hostile and they could be trying to trick each other, or they could be friends that would love to see them both succeed. The world doesn't have to be us vs them.
