Though it's probably in BYU's best interest to stay Indy until potential conference realignment starts up again in 2023-24. If BYU is still Indy after all the conferences have re upped their tv contracts (I believe BYU will be, I don't think there will be any major shifts once the current deals expire) that will probably be the time to seriously look at joining a G5 conference.
