and Victory Ranch at the top. Red Ledges may be one of Nicklaus’ worst designs. Great location and setting, but the course is way to difficult to enjoy. Victory Ranch on the other hand is routinely considered number 1 or 2 in the state with Glenwild. The setting is fantastic and the homes and real estate portion of the development are world class.
