There’s a reason they cut afterwards. It’s not all muscle. But some is.
If you’re expecting to like what you see in the mirror during a bulk that’s not how the process works. You bulk and then you cut and hopefully by the end you’ve netted +2-3 pounds of muscle with equal bf. But yeah during a bulk I’d expect 2/3 or more to be fat/bloat.
