Oregon has gotten loads of athletes but struggled to match up in the trenches against other top programs.
Washington has done well along the lines, but doesn't have quite the skill players on the whole.
Stanford doesn't recruit the athletes on the perimeter.
USC is really the only program on the West Coast that recruits on par with the other national powers.
UCLA could probably get there if they got their act together, but we've never really seen it so they'd need to prove it.
