How long are you going to bring up 2017?  Basically, nothing Sitake can do will make you happy?  That coaching staff that Holmoe put together in 2016 was a freaking joke.  None of those guys were real coaches including Detmer.  They were all getting their first coaching jobs, and none have gotten jobs after leaving.

We have a decent staff right now.  We've done much better job getting players (which is the biggest problem in making a better team)  Last year was a vast improvement over 2017.  If you can't see that, you're not watching games.

Everything Sitake has done since he started the job has shown that he learns from his mistakes, and that he corrects mistakes.  I'm excited to see this thing play out.
