It’s not dishonest at all.
You pay a membership to go to Costco. In this membership, Costco promises you things in return, and satisfaction with your purchases is one of them.
Why should the purchaser take all the risk when he pays money for a membership to reduce risk AND the company promises satisfaction further reducing risk?
He bought a membership to a business that sold him on purchase satisfaction and now he’s dishonest for using the system he paid for?
Nah.
