“Technically” drunk.... you say thankfully nothing serious happened. How do you not see JUST as simply he could have ran into a young mother driving home leaving a family to grow up with out her.

Explain unfortunate happenstance to a 6 year old. Driving drunk is not just a bad decision, it is a risk you knowingly take of destroying lives of yourself and lives of others.
