Yeah, it’s a brag.
The whole thing is so mental it’s crazy. I just told myself I was not going to walk and I would only stop at turning points and I didn’t care what pace I did as long as it was something I could sustain indefinitely. A forever pace.
Adding table salt to my water bottle and Nuun tablets helped keep me from overheating and cramping. After that it was one leg in front of the other.

question, are you sure that's 26.6? Isn't it 6 miles up to Vivian, 2 back down to BV, 2 up to Vivian and 6 down ?
