I just paid attention to my body and tried different amounts.
Seemed like half a Nuun tablet and couple pinches of salt per water bottle was enough. I might do more Nuun tablet next time I run.

question, are you sure that's 26.6? Isn't it 6 miles up to Vivian, 2 back down to BV, 2 up to Vivian and 6 down ?
