It doesn’t sound like you did anything deserving of any penalty. What was their
Theory? What did you plead “guilty” or “no contest” to?
I’ve failed to find a definition of impaired driving in Utah.
Online it says you can plead down to it, but I don’t even see a definition in the code. Is it just “something with a lesser penalty?”
