The thing that would be awesome is BYU would be a massive discussion point among all the talking heads across the country and especially those wanting a bigger playoff. I think if an undefeated BYU got left out (assuming all our competition did fairly well and we beat several conference champions), it would cause chaos in college football and ultimately would bring about some change to the format.
