It’s Yo’s fault. He didn’t care about doing the paperwork because he hadn’t considered the possibility of coming back. BYU didn’t tell him to do it that way, the coaches didn’t tell him to do it, and his agent is clearly an idiot that told him he’d be able to make money somewhere.
