The prime beef ribs at Jack Stack is still one of the best dishes in KC, IMO. They are fantastic. Outside of that,
I agree the rest of the BBQ is good, but not great. They have the best BBQ beans in town and their other sides are really good, but the ribs, burnt ends, brisket, etc. are just good.
If I'm going to Jack Stack I'm eating the prime beef ribs and beans almost every time.
