Yep. Wilson's PER last year was better than anything we've seen since Beck and
Hall. That is the reason I'm excited about him. His completion percentage, yards per attempt, and TD to interception ratio were all really good last year.
If he doesn't improve at all from last year (but just treads water), he will be the best QB we've seen in 10 years.
Heaps and Mangum were nowhere near as efficient passing the football.

IMO, it's his accuracy. He's very accurate, and Heaps/Mangum weren't as accurate as Beck/Hall/Wilson...
