I think so too, but I would still take Hill.

If I were an AD, Hill would be at the top of my list. I think he's already starting to get noticed for the way he turned around Weber State, and I'll bet he's at a bigger school in the next few years.

I'm hoping that's his launching pad into the Utah job, but there are a few other strong options if my dream scenario doesn't work out.
