Disneyland has them on your phone.

Disney World's system is setup to give a huge advantage to those staying in their hotels. I just went to Disney World last month. Exactly 30 days before I was hitting refresh on my phone to start getting Fast Passes...the good ones were already gone to those staying at resort hotels. I still got my 3 fast passes per day but it wasn't for the rides I wanted them for. I kept looking and the better rides never did show up. Hotel guests can book 60 days out.

You can be on a phone at Disneyland. It's called MaxPass.
