The Cougs have some Vols imprint in it's history, that would be Dewey Warren.
When Lavell Edwards was hired as football coach in 1972 he wanted to install a passing game into the Cougs football program. One of his first hires was former Tennessee football player Dewey Warren to coach QB's and recievers and help install a passing game.
