Should be truly an honor code (on the individual's honor) with enforcement

via an ongoing or not ongoing eclesiastical endorsement. If your bishop is good with you, then the school should be good with you. I struggle to understand why an enforcement office is even necessary. I could see an office that handles appeals because some bishops may be stricter than others, but it seems the church already has a system for helping individuals on their path of discipleship and the honor code doesn't need to change at all (besides maybe beards or anything silly like that). But it should be on your honor and between you and your bishop.

I love BYU. I love the honor code. I think all students should strive to live the honor code. I think everyone is flawed and flaws should be handled in a Christlike way with your bishop or other designated ecclesiastical leader. The HC office is like Saul before his conversion.
