Do Homer take do a charter, eat at Fat Olives. If you can swing it rent a condo at Lands End. Take a day trip to Seldovia. I personally like Homer much better than Whittier/Seward/Girdwood. But they if you are doing Seward hike Caineshead

How many days do you have? Homer is one of the if not the most beautiful place on Earth. Seward is top 5.

I took my family there a couple summers ago. We didn't make it to Homer but we did a whale watching tour out of Seward.
