If there were a user that particularly annoyed you, yes you could place them on ignore so you don't see their posts
If it was somebody you thought was particularly ridiculous, for whatever reason, you could do a reciprocal ignore, which means you don't see their posts, and they don't see yours either.
Most people on CB are pretty decent, IMO, although there are a few that can go after people.
