This is true. We know the utes have been better. But they're not great either

even though you guys continually compare yourselves to the top-tier of college football. We also don't have the benefit of helpful refs like you guys do, and we play the majority (65-70%) of our P5 games away from LES. You play 50% of yours at home, and you get your PAC12 refs for almost all of your road games. Those are both huge advantages.
