Utah is defense first, and it works great. Telling a team to abandon its
offensive identity, when the week prior they hung 40+ on a supposed top 25 team, seems to be the pinnacle of arm-chair coaching. Honestly most of the picks were pretty incredible, BYU made plays and game planned against a pass happy USC. Without all of those picks who knows if BYU wins.
Who knows if they had the passing and backfield personnel to run against us, I am glad they put a young QB out there though. What Utah does is great for Utah, but it has some downsides and I think they will manifest themselves this season. USC has the some of the best wide outs in the country, gotta go with your strengths.
