Look into signing up for Trim. They will negotiate your bill for a fee.

So far I’ve negotiated my bill every year before Trim as I don’t want to pay the 25% savings fee. But I do pay them 25% for the internet outage refunds. They’ve saved me over $80 (60 after fee). Requesting outage refunds on my behalf.
