Perform. BYU has fired coordinatora when they didn't perform. Bronco sacked Jaime Hill midseason and took over the defense.

And firing Ty and hiring Grimes worked. The offense has improved and instead of Zaddock Dinkelman who is not a D1 quarterback we have Zach Wilson.
