IF not with you or mom, who is he with? I agree w/ the Dude. even if you have to
move to Saratoga Springs, get an extra bedroom and get that kid living w/ you asap. everything is else is secondary imo.
how can child services not place a child with their father based on the # of bedrooms?? that seems beyond crazy.
otherwise, I agree w/ what everyone else said... talk to school, threaten litigation, get counseling.
