Update: We just received notification from the school that they are dealing with
it.
They are actually removing the bully out of all my sons classes and rearranging his schedule. They are bringing in the bully and his parents and having a very frank discussion with them in regards to why, what has been witnessed and responding to as well as this is the last and only step they will take, the next will be school removal.
They have responded a lot more positive when we requested the 2nd meeting.
